We are licensed by the Federal Audit Oversight Authority as an expert auditor under the Swiss Auditor Oversight Act, which means that we have the authority to conduct every kind of statutory audit.
In accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, we carry out limited audits of annual financial statements of companies limited by shares (AG), companies with limited liability (GmbH), cooperatives, associations and foundations.
You can also commission us to perform special audits, such as formation audits, reviews, divisional audits, etc.
