Ramona has been part of the mdp family for a year now and has brought structure, clarity, and a whole lot of personality to the team ever since.

Whether on the phone, at the reception desk, or in the background: Ramona is at the center of things and, with her calm, organized manner, ensures that everything runs smoothly in the secretarial office.

She works 80%, spread over four days, and Wednesdays are dedicated entirely to her and her great passion: nature. Whether hiking, snowboarding, climbing, or simply out and about with dog Rocky, Ramona recharges her batteries outdoors, which she brings with her to her daily work routine.

Her path to mdp is as colorful as it is varied: from a bank to a distillery to a tour operator and then off to the mountains: Several years of hospitality experience in a mountain inn have shaped her.

Desiring more regular working hours and more space for leisure, she returned to the office – luckily, to us!
